I am in my second day of a four-day weekend. Saturdays are glorious! I don't *have* to do anything. Today, however, I do have plans. I will be driving down below to catch a movie with a co-worker/friend. Last Sunday, she and three other teacher friends went to see this movie, and they absolutely loved it. I didn't go then because I was just in a "funk".So, Kathy and I made plans to go to the movie today. We'll be meeting in an hour or so. *gasp!* An hour??? Dang, where does the time go? I was reading through the journal entries of my friend, Theresa, today. It was so much fun. She is an incredible person. I love how she just says things like they are... no bull from that girl! *laughing* She definitely has spunk. ("Character", for our Australian and New Zealand friends! *lol*) As I was perusing her entries, I felt like I was getting to know her all over again. She and I were college roomies. (She didn't like me at first - thought I was snobby and pretentious. Can you imagine? *hehe*) I think she and I were the only sane ones in that apartment, though. Perhaps that is why we have remained friends from afar - she's in Minnesota. Thank you, Theresa, for introducing me to LiveJournal... and thank you, too, for just being you!
